    Hi, my name is Ieva and I am from Lithuania (Europe). I love crafting myself and Napkinsworld appeared just because I was searching for nice napkins everywere for crafting myself. I go to fairs to purchase nice things for my main work yearly and I found lots of nice napkins manufacturers in those fairs as well. I was imposible to buy one set of napkin from manufacturer so I decided to share my stock with others. And ebay purchasers liked this. This is how my shop apeared on ebay. Now I deal with several manufacturers in Europe, some wholeselers and visit every shopping center's napkin department if I am passing by. Just to add something to my collection. It is already obsession. But I think it is good for You too - You have more than 5000 napkins to choose from and I add new items almost every month. And they are not duplicate - if you find similar - please check the size or color intensity - or tell me - I can make mistakes as well.

Ordered 20 lots from this Seller at different times. All arrived on time over a week ago now. But this napkin set was supposed to be a pack of 3 and only ONE napkin was included. Contacted Seller twice about it, that maybe they made a mistake? But both times got an identical response blaming the local Postman??!!! And would NOT REFUND either. Will NOT buy from this Seller again!

Customer asked two times same question, it is normal she received same answer. If customer buys more napkins I send items in several packages to save on shipping, because shipping of big packages is very expensive. Sometimes it happens that items arrives separately even they were sent together. And it is not true I do not have items on stock - I have plenty of those not received items. I agree to refund or resend but only next week - after 2nd of April - when estimated delivery term ends.
