However only 180 days of this can possibly be executable via eBay. This is because as far as eBay is concerned, beyond 180 days they wash their hands of any further negotiation or action. As a buyer if the seller doesn't honour the full warranty all that you have at your disposal is to gather evidence and report the seller to ebay. By the way eBay also refuse to let you know the outcome.
