In February I purchased a fur beige cape jacket from Nealdeals. I purchased this for 80.00. When I received the cape it was ripped very bad. It was never described as being ripped when they were selling this. It was the first thing I noticed when I unpacked it. I do know they saw this when they were packaging this. I made contact with them and they were very unprofessional and showed no concern. I would not purchase anything from them. Their customer service is horrible. Don’t buy their product.

I made an honest error. I apologized and offered a part refund. I am human errors happens. Buyer said I am a scammer because of this error. I tried to work it out with her. When she did not want the part refund I asked how much of a refund she would like and she did not reply. I tried to work it out. I have been selling for over 23 years. I am not about to scam 1 out of the over 100,000 thousands of items I have sold in the past 23 years. Buyer did feedback extortion as well.

Great sale! Beautiful item. Very reasonably priced. Description exact and coat fits perfectly. Shipped right away by seller, within 24 hours of sale . . . arrival was delayed 5-6 days as NJ USPS shipped around Northern NJ a bit prior to arrival @ my door. 🙄🙃 Certainly not sellers faux pah!
