Overall experience was good with this seller except for 2 things. 1-Seller has up the option to make offers, however, every offer was met with an instant message of rejection. Even for 5 cents lower than the price advertised. Why enable make offer when you’re not negotiating the price? 2-Item was packaged in an envelope. A small box would have been better as the item is metal. The item itself is great, good quality and arrive earlier than expected, shipping was fast.

10 days for this small package to arrive. No tracking listed at this end for four days, Contacted seller, VERY snarky, condescending, small person reply. P*&% Poor attitude/customer service. In fairness, product did arrive, as advertised....but I find no need to do business with people so defensive, rude and no concept of Customer Service. Voting with my wallet

The payment was received on 3/19 and the order was shipped out on 3/20 with the tracking number updated into the details page. We do offer express shipping and signature confirmation for an additional charge but you still stuck with free shipping which is a standard shipping with tracking number. The package was delivered. If you are not happy with the purchase, we do offer free returns. Thanks

What u ro looking at is the listing showing dark blue metallic listing! Next what I received was a set of red ones that they spry painted blue! Over red! Then I decided that I would professionally have them painted red! And ask to seller to send a half refund for what they did in trying to get away with a scam! And they said that they can't do anything but let me send back my set that I already painter the new red in the pics! So I'll let you decide if you want to get scammed by Shady seller.

We offered free return and will provide full refund if buyer is not happy with the product, however buyer went and modified the item painted them red also asked for 50% partial refund (that we did not agree with).
