    Unable to rate item. It never shipped. After waiting until the expected delivery date to draw near and no shipping notification, I requested a refund. Seller refused refund. I awaited until delivery date passed, still not shipped, contacted eBay and awaited 3 days for response. I finally got refund. A lot of unnecessary time lost and had to find another birthday gift. Wasted effort and ZERO communication from seller. So beware if you're in need of the prompt shipping promised.
