  i have to give 5 stars despite the fact, that item was not working. Seller promptly responded, accepted return, as seller assumed the responsibility for overlooking problem before it was shipped, agreed to pay shipment. When we learned that shipping to Canada exceeds the price of the item, seller asked not to send it back. I will not be able to use it, but appreciate the way seller communicating and handling this issue.
