Item was completely different from description. Seller indicated that their mfg. no longer produces the one in listing so some sort of drop ship arrangement and were not monitoring. Very disappointed as the product sent was significantly lower quality and much lower price than the one I paid for based on similar products. Had to go back and forth with the seller on refund amount but they did the right thing in the end so not completely negative. Want to believe them that it’s isolated incident.

**honest feed back here**The hat is nice.. but the seller packages the hat in plastic….. the hat arrived bent out of shape.. and I can’t get it to back to ira original form.. I can’t wear the hat.. I spoke with the seller and they were kind enough to offer a $5 (and then $10 after we spoke more) reimbursement .. but this isn’t about the money. Better thought/care needs to be put into the packaging.. I can’t wear the hat. Thank you though.
