Item shipped faster than noted and is as described but I still ordered the wrong part for the application. Although they did not want the product returned for a full refund, they responded quickly to my request and offered a partial refund, which was an acceptable resolution. The seller was so much communicative and professional. The item itself has been lost in the mail (so called "national postal operators" are nothing but gangs of non-professionals and primitive criminals). At the same time, it was not the seller's fault: such professional and hardworking sellers often become victims of the crimes committed by the "national posts". I have been refunded for the order.

I had a stipulation concerning this item arriving before a certain date. Seller, realizing that I would not receive it on time, went ahead and cancelled my order. Seller offered very good communication. This is one of those things that didn’t work out, and no one is at fault. This interaction with seller will make me more likely to use them in the future.
