  This is one of the best sellers ever!!!! Shipped quickly, package was lost by USPS, and they quickly responded. It did take extra time to get my package, but that’s the fault of the post office, not the shipper. My package was wrapped extremely well, and I’m grateful for the support.   The product was accurately described, however, I regret that my Loungefly backpack was not adequately packed. It was left within the Disney bag and shipped in a box. Had the box become damp or subjected to excessive pressure, my backpacks would have been damaged and not survived the shipping process. Thankfully they did make it safe.

  Excellent customer service - the item I wanted as a gift was just over the threshold for import fees. I asked if the price could be dropped slightly, and the seller did it with no hesitation!
