  Item was shipped as described. Shipping was timely. Seller was responsive. Packing was sufficient. Arrived in two boxes, one outer box and the inside box was the Dell refurbished box containing the laptop and charger. Laptop was secure and segmented from the charger. The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints.   Item as described and arrived with enough packing materail I believe the shipper could've drop-kicked the box all the way here without any damage. Price was fair, and appearance was like new. My only issue was that the computer arrived with a DOA CMOS battery, which was easily fixed and not enough of an issue to spoil my 5 star rating. Would buy from again.

  My graphics card arrived seemingly fine but it had a dent in the mounting bracket that was seemingly due to what was shipping damage. The company responded quick and accepted my return request so I will be re-ordering again and I will include images of the new one I get. Amazing customer service, the sellers are very helpful!

  As described. Dell refurb so the box was sealed, it has a warranty, and it's in better condition than I expected. No cosmetic issues at all. Win10 would have been nice, but I'm not going to fuss about that since it matched the listing. Fast shipping, great packaging, would buy again from this seller AA++

  The device I got had 1 charge cycle! That is practically new. If this shipped in the original box, I'd have thought they accidentally sent me a new laptop. Shipping box was packed well, and even though the seller didn't directly respond to my message requesting a prompt shipping, they did ship it the same day. So no complains there. TL;DR: Arrived in great condition, looking pristine. Seller shipped it fast!
