But UPS was a nightmare, they delivered my package to a wrong address, the photo of delivery was not my porch, and then gave both me and the seller the run around while trying to get a case opened for the missing package. Seller was super responsive to me and contacted UPS immediately, the problem was all with UPS, and luckily resolved without them, whoever got my package took it upon themselves to drop it off on my porch a couple days later!!

I received a message with pics of my mat and shipping label, and from pressing "buy now" to having the mat in hand was literally under 48 hours- amazing!! Mat came with brand new controller and manuals, plus, the trade-in offer makes this a no brainer. The mat design itself is wonderful- much more than just a heat mat. It is a truly luxurious experience. Highly recommend this seller and their products!!
