  Dispatch was distrustingly slow, seller communication was prompt, though answers not always the most convincing, given the parcel was untracked. Controllers were dirtier than I expected on arrival, though otherwise accurately described by item photos. Came in a box without padding, though reasonably taped together. Item value was good however as a high number of controllers were actually well-working beside cosmetic wear.

  Item arrived, but was quite badly damaged in post. This was solely due to outrageously inadequate packaging and taping the electrical plug (prongs down...!!!) hard against the upper casing. If it had been even half sensibly packed this would never have happened, so a real own goal by the seller's staff. Seller offered and honoured immediate "return & refund", so no complaints there. And otherwise, aside from the damage the item 'appeared' to be as described.
