  Ordered wrong gasket by mistake, since I didn't know that there were two variations for that particular model. Offered to send the wrong gasket back, but was told not to do that and that they would send the right gasket......that was several weeks ago. Messaged them, but no response. Why offer to send the right gasket if you're not going to follow through?

  Nice quality, great, nice value. First order got lost in shipping. When I notified the seller, they sent out two more gaskets, that day. Recvd second package in about 3 days. Seller made it a very smooth transition. Will do more business with this seller.

  I loved the packaging this seller used. Item was a very small gasket that could easily be lost coming out of envelope if it was not packaged inside something. Seller put item inside sealed clear plastic protection so there was no way the item was going anywhere. Item exactly as described. Great communication too.

  I have bought many gaskets from this company and the price is very competitive and the qualities is very good. I would suggest a sturdier packaging . They come in an envelope and the envelope gets sometimes folded by the mail carrier otherwise excellent thank you
