  The Grinch must have been in cahoots with the USPS. My Package had 75 miles to go but was rerouted about 400 miles only to be delivered after Christmas. Several days beyond expected delivery And no one was home. A week later, we were relieved to learen the Landlord had secured the package. No issue with seller. Good communications. Promptly mailed & arrived late but safely. Pkg contained 2 gifts. One recipient loves it. Plan to deliver other soon. Priced well. Would do business again.

  NOT as described. Bought “brand new” but came cracked, w/tears on DVD photo & plastic seal halfway open (package not damaged, so it was knowingly shipped this way, bc otherwise it’d just be cracked not torn). Seller told me to pay more $ to ship return, repurchase $ the item again full price, & wait even longer for shipment. Seller has multiple copies, probably picked damaged item bc I accepted $1 off offer. Sent me $2 refund, wow, bc I was hesitant to pay for twice the product AND shipping cost

  It was shipped brand new in shrinkwrap. If it was cracked, the post office did it. I would never ship it that way. I never said you had to pay to return it. I said to open a case in order to return it. I would have provided a shipping label. You have a brand new DVD with a small crack in a case. The case costs about $1.00. You assumed way to much.

  YOU PURPOSEFULLY SENT DAMAGED ITEM. Stop trying to blame UPS, bc it’d only be cracked, not outer plastic seal torn & open halfway across (there were zero damages to shipping package). Plus YOU sent in thin packaging, & you admitted it should’ve been in hard protective package instead, but didn’t, & STILL that doesn’t excuse “new” item being halfway open. Your pics show item in perfect condition, marked as New & sadly I foolishly trusted you to send exactly that. Your prior reviews says it all.
