I have shop in Turkey
at the same time I do rug Repair.....I am an Repair man. And I repair it originally using old wool.
I love Rug Business ......Rug business is a strange world.every design has a meaning ..I look the rugs from different way to look from a Window...
Rug is like a Letter....because you can see the weaver life and weaver wishes on the design that the weaver made..

I was VERY disappointed never to receive this rug. This was NOT the seller s fault. It was Fedex s fault. The Seller and I traced the package several times to a Fedex warehouse but Fedex REFUSED to tell us WHY the package could not be released and delivered to me. I think the package was destroyed during shipping. The Seller has been just as exasperated and horrified as I have been. I am furious with Fedex. They refused to take responsibiity for this lost package.

Unfortunately, as the buyer said, it is not my fault as the seller. Yes, Fedex unfortunately lost this package. Unfortunately, the fate of this package is still unknown. Of course, the fact that this package did not reach the buyer made me even more sad as the seller. As a seller, we did what we had to do and gave the buyer a full refund, but even though this lost package was not my fault, negative feedback will unfortunately serve no purpose other than lowering our seller rating.
