The seller sent the package with a tracking number, but there was an accident in transit and the package is still missing; the USPS tracking information screen shows that the package was mishandled ("MISSENT" status) on the US side, so the seller is not at fault. However, the seller did proactively refund for not receiving the package by the scheduled date. While it is unfortunate that the package did not arrive, this is a very reliable seller with an excellent customer support.
