One of the side fairings arrived with a broken corner and I offered a partial refund or a new fairing. The bolt set was missing from the order and customer service has been great at communicating to get a new set sent out to me, despite it being a lengthy process. Great service experience, minus the bolts taking 2 weeks longer.
