One to answer emails, one to send stuff etc or simply doesn't care. It's not very good for eBay either. Sad, I've ordered something else too. I would have been a lifelong customer because of their stock. Got refund after waiting ages to give them a chance before eBay stepped in. This really should be negative but I hate doing that as it spoils a seller's rep & ability2sell
