    It's been such a pleasure doing business with a company that has integrity. My BMW cluster was going to cost hundreds, but after seeing this service on eBay, I decided to take a chance. I have to admit paying for a service beforehand and having to ship a part from Cali to Colorado was scary for me, and i was very apprehensive at first. Great communication, extremely prompt, and so very honest. Cost was a fraction of what i was originally quoted in California. His service is to be praised.

    Item was returned in good condition and appears to be in good working order. Quality and Appearance of the repair I would say was good. Shipped on a Monday morning and it reached destination Wednesday evening. I received it back two Mondays later. That would be about 14 days for the service. Was a little disappointed but I had other transportation available so it was not a big deal. I add this comment only to inform of the overall turnaround of the service. I would use this service again.

    Repairing 04 TT instrument cluster not undertaken lightly. Looked at options, read reviews, and chose this one. Most reviews positive, but shipping costs ($60) seemed high; since vendor uses your packing materials for the return. Contacted USPS myself and was quoted cost about half of what was being charged. Vendor agreed to cost reduction and partial refund. Repair and turnaround was very quick and cluster now works perfectly. Vendor communication was responsive but not really proactive.
