    Item was listed incorrectly so instead of getting an encoder I got a decoder. Once I contacted the seller and explain to them their mistake they did send me a return shipping label after a couple times of asking and I had to ask for a refund once the time was up once they got the product. So I'm giving them a neutral for having to do all the legwork to get my money back. They did communicate so I do think they have good intentions and are not unprofessional.
