  Hard to find discontinued product. It arrived in perfect condition and is authentic. However No lie, did take awhile to receive but I knew that going in and was willing to roll the dice and wait. For all of the negative reviews this company has received... be patient! this company is shipping from Italy.. did you really expect amazon 3 day service? The only thing that caught me off guard was signature required.. but that was fine I was there anyway so it wasn't an inconvenience. Perfect product!

  I ordered 1 wax and it was saying expected delivery 21march but now its showing 2nd of april.Also i placed order for 1 wax box but when i check my order details it was ordered twice i have no clue how did that happen.i contacted seller n told them that i just need 1 order not 2 so if they can cancel my second order.i sent few messages and i recieved only a short reply " Sorry Shipped".Very disappointed ..would not reccomend . they do not delivery as promised date and Also not Helpfull.Very Bad.

  WARNING FAKE ONLINE FRAUDSTER REVIEW.You purchased two waxes and received the shipment track in 5 hours.After two days you say you want one and that WE NEED to refund one or else give a negative review.We are not used to buying reviews and seeing the feedback from previous buyers you have been doing this for a long time.We regret that you make fun of those who read reviews by inventing unrealistic motivations when your only purpose is to shoplift a few euros.Shame, Shame, Shame!

  I am contacting you regarding the return request for my order due to the item arriving in a severely damaged condition. The package contains broken glass pieces, and the liquid content is leaking, rendering it unsafe to handle and unacceptable for shipment. Unfortunately, USPS has informed me that they cannot accept the package in this state, as it poses a safety hazard. Given these circumstances, returning the item is not feasible. Please process refund.

  WARNING MANIPULATOR AND ONLINE FRAUDSTER IN PURSUIT OF USD. Your October 2024 order has been received at your address after only 3 business days. After more than 80 days you send a photo of a package that is NOT ours and say that you received a broken package in January and that you want a refund and that you cannot return the product ;-). Thank you for attaching the photos, they are useful in the lawsuit for defamation, attempted fraud through electronic channel. Good luck
