POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE.Item was mis delivered with confirmation from courier company of this. Seller failed to resolve despite opening a case and messaging them with Evri's report of mis delivery.Evri stated it was the seller's responsibility to issue a refund or replacement.They ignored this despite Evri's reports being forwarded to them advising this on 2 occasions. Ebay had to issue a refund.
