Purchased car seat base advertised as new in box and usable. Ordered 10/10. Item did not ship until I contacted seller on 10/19 asking for shipping details. When item arrived on 10/31 the original box looked to have been resealed but base was in original plastic. However, the car seat base was a a year plus past its expiration date. Item was returned and I did receive a refund.
