  Item never showed tracking after a full month, or proof of drop off. Seller said the post office was a problem, question that a post office would be that bad over a full month. Seller did communicate, though wish they would have been more proactive in helping, which I could have maybe selected neutral but not being more proactive and for using a sketchy shipping service that originally did not provide tracking, is why this is negative.

  USPS was atrocious for a period of about 6 weeks earlier this year. We use Pirate Ship and labels are imported and automatically updated into eBay. The package was dropped off along with other packages and best guess is it was lost. As far as being more proactive, I'm not sure what else could have been done. If the card ultimately arrives, feel free to keep it although you have been refunded. Unfortunately I do not control USPS and can't make them operate faster or efficient.
