Orderd 5 robes arrived within few days well packed with Royal mail.even though i never removed from packet they looked beautiful but my fault i never noticed was for bridesmaids.Had the word bridesmaid in beautiful gold sparkle on the back of each.on the royal blue it looked amazing but i thought they were plain i need for girls birthday weekend.Got in touch with seller who imediatley offerd refund so i posted back today.Im gutted thats what happens when you dont put on your reading glasses.

I ordered a rose gold sticker, I got sent silver and when I contacted the seller with photo evidence that I had received the wrong colour they firstly argued that my product was rose gold (it clearly is not whatsoever) and if I wanted a refund I had to chop up the product I had received and send evidence before I could re-order or get my money back. Very rude and Awful customer service and would not recommend.

Me: Hi this is not silver its rose gold chrome this is what you have ordered.
Buyer: It is silver, not in the slightest rose gold at all.
Me :Hi if your not happy with this please send a picture of it cut up to void usage and I will refund you
