    The seller is not responding to my messages. I’ve asked them to confirm the delivery address as it showing as delivered but I’ve not received top. I’ve explained that their is 3 flates with different names but share the same postcode and I believe they printed of the wrong address using the postcode and not checked the correct delivery address which is on my eBay account. With this now I will have to wait and get eBay involved to get my refund..

    We apologize for the delay in replying to your inquiry as it coincided with a holiday weekend in Japan, and for causing you anxiety. As for the shipping address, we gave the correct address to our overseas shipping agent, but they changed it to a different address by mistake. We have sent you an email with proof of this, but in any case, there is no doubt that we couldn't deliver the product to you, and we have just issued a full refund. We are truly sorry for the trouble.
