  Time to prep the games for shipping took a long time (almost 3 weeks), and communication was poor. With that said, once the shipping carriers got a hold of the package, it arrived in less than a week. The packaging was great, the quality & look of games arrived in like-new condition, and the price was great. Everything appeared as described in listing. I will buy from again. Thank you! :)

  Took 3 weeks to ship and another week to arrive. So don't expect fast shipping. Packaging was sparse, especially for international. Communication was also very slow to respond. But in the end I got the item as described (just a little dented in transit) and within the 2 month (lol) timeframe promised, so I can't leave anything but positive feedback.

  Item was wrapped meticulously, and arrived very quickly with expedited shipping. I was able to track it to the moment it touched my doorstep. The console itself is beautiful, and the seller has lots of other fascinating items to look at. It came just as advertised, and makes my inner child very happy to have a relic from one of my favorite manga. As mentioned by other reviewers, sometimes the seller is slow to reply, but sometimes that's just life. Be patient with them. It's worth it.

  Bit of an unlucky set of circumstances led to the seller going radio silent for almost 3 weeks. When I was about to cancel the order the seller got back to me and explained their silence, which was fully understandable. They made up by paying for express shipping which means I got the package from Japan to US in less than 48 hrs, coincidentally still within the original arrival date. They also reassured me that they'd work on communicating, even in unfortunate circumstances. Great experience.
