  This item came with a hand written note and a fun card that thanked me for supporting their small business. It was a great little surprise that the seller did not have to do but I enjoyed.   Polite seller. Ordered this book because it was listed in this country, paid the higher shipping costs ebay had worked out. But the seller cancelled and sent an immediate refund and said the shipping should be double what ebay stated. I had the option to pay again with the new shipping costs from canada but chose not to.
