  You need to buy from this seller! Not only was my Agilent 3610A Power Supply fully functional as measured in my lab (I am an EE so was able to test), cosmetically clean, but it was wrapped in an ESD bag and double boxed.   I had lots of questions about this item, and even asked the seller to sell me half of the listed item, so I could have been a more annoying customer than average. Despite that, the communication was always quick, very nice, and very helpful. The seller was fully willing to help me with what I needed in ways he did not have to do, but he did. It was also packaged in the most unbelievably overkill packaging I've ever seen, a car could have hit it and it would have been fine. Perfect all around!
