    Outstanding service from an outstanding person...I needed this part for my AC unit, my AC contractor could not find one in stock, only with a long back order (if at all). I emailed to asked for some pictures, and received them the next day. He offered it to me at a fair price, and shipped it when funds cleared. Unfortunately, the part was D.O.E. I sent Jean my contractors work order and it explained the error codes. He immediately sent a N/C replacement that worked perfectly. TY Jean
