    As I ordered a SoundDock Series 1 Type A DSP I received a phone call from Paul and after a quick chat Paul confirmed that I had ordered the correct part. I also mentioned that I had also ordered a set of ribbon cables. Both items were bundled together and the postage costs were reduced. The parts arrived very quickly and the SoundDock was soon playing again. A few days after returning the faulty part I received the £4 exchange fee. Excellent service. I would certainly use again.     Great Service ! I contacted Paul with a couple of questions about a part which I thought I needed to fix my Sound Dock . Following his guidance I discovered that it was a different part which I actually needed. The part arrived within a few days , securely packaged. It was straight forward to fit and my Sound Dock was working again !

    Paul the seller was brilliant. He messaged me before dispatch to make sure I understood it was just the main unit he was selling and didn't come with accessories. Item arrived promptly and very well packaged. The unit was exactly as he had described and was in full working order and had been tested and fully serviced. I have since been in touch with him for advice and will be purchasing more stuff from. He was very helpful knowledgeable friendy and fully professional. I would highly recommend.
