I accepted the change and was partly refunded (I did not negotiate the discount). However, when it arrived, it has the wrong CPU compared to the listing title. I initially contacted the seller about this as the CPU was the deciding factor for me but got no response. Only after I decided to keep it and told the seller did I then get an "OK". Borderline positive.
