Not the item shown or described. Total misrepresentation. Contacted the seller and was given a bunch of excuses but no actual reason other than they had a disclaimer on their ad saying the picture might not match. Not only did the picture not match, but the description was a complete fabrication as well. An underpowered cheap chinese substitute was sent instead of what was ordered. Very disappointing. Buyer beware!

I made a mistake and got the wrong fan for an Acer Aspire V3-471G model laptop, as I saw that model name in the other listing's name, but should have paid attention to this seller's advice to compare my current CPU fan to the other listing - which I didn't do and got the wrong fan. BUT, this seller helped me out, got me to send a picture of the fan, and thankfully had the right fan (this one) for me, and now, my laptop has a working CPU fan and is up and running. Thank you!

Buyer beware! Don't order from these scammers, they're making their money off of surreptitious shipping practices. They declined our cancellation request despite the fact we cancelled only a few minutes after placing the order. We had to select positive feedback because the automated system says "You need to wait 7 days before you can leave neutral or negative feedback for this seller."
