PackagePro is a seller with integrity and I am very pleased with this transaction. I purchased a DVD set of The Beatles "Get Back" documentary but I received a Blu-Ray version by mistake. I sent an email requesting a refund and had a reply back in less than an hour. He admitted they sent the wrong set, and promised to send me the correct one asap. He did just that.
