Unfortunately, there was a small problem with the laptop's battery, but the seller responsibly gave me a partial refund.     The laptop i ordered works like a dream! It came very well packaged, and was exactly as described in the description. The price for retail versions of this same laptop are crazy, and I'm happy having only paid maybe 1/10th of the that price. Seller is also very professional and helpful.
