    Ordered 24/2. Email 25/2 order being dispatched. By 10/3 nothing rec'd seller advised. 11/3 seller response another being posted and will message label. 19/3 no message and still no disk received - messaged seller again. 19/3 seller response another disk posted and "as soon as we open shop tomorrow" will message label. 22/3 still no message or disk received. No messages no disk - asked ebay to intervene for refund. Refund received. Seller did not meet promises, seems to be all talk few actions.
