    After reading the seller's feedback I was a bit worried about the camera, as certain cameras from this seller seem to not have arrived in good condition due to a lack of packaging. The item arrived with little packaging but was not damaged in any way. The shipping was as expected and the value of the product was excellent. There was some damage to the camera such as a broken battery release switch that was not indicated in the description, but did not affect the function of the camera.

    Item was not packed with enough protection, considering that I paid for shipping, I would expect for it to be packed better. I also messaged the seller asking if it included a power supply, to which they did not respond. The device did not include a power supply, so I had to purchase one separately. With that being said, the item works and doesn’t seem to be damaged, so I am going to leave a positive review. Overall good seller but please work on packing quality and communication. Thank you!

    Very bad seller. Uncommunicative. The item was listed as open box new but when received, was not as described — was very scratched up and banged up. Contacted the seller to let me know but they did not respond to my message at all. I couldn’t wait to return it and get another one so had to clean it throughly and use it.
