First, the issue I had was NOTHING to do with the seller specifically. I feel this is a good place to shop, but the shipping company is slow and we were waiting on this part far longer than we should have had to given that it was only about 500 miles away. The seller was apologetic, offered to rectify this situation next time we order, and I feel like you can't ask for more than that. I do think I would change to a different shipping company though, especially if this kind of thing is common.
