  Item arrived poorly packaged, I am not a fan of too much packaging but this was minimalist. After four days I get an offer for buying a second one at a reduced rate, I'd have preferred it if they just sent out the first one straight away. The item was mostly as suggested but it did not have any aerials. I was informed that it does not require aerials. Customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful. They get three stars because at the end of the day, I did end up with the item.
