I am a single mother not a big corporation. I DO NOT offer any kind of "love it or your money back" guarantee at all as I do not produce any of my items. Any guarantee is only through the manufacturer of the item if it is offered it will show on the box of the item!! Please do not order my items and use them and then ask for a refund as there is NO WAY I can survive or pay my bills if I ever offered this type of return since I normally only have one of each item listed. The money I make goes to help pay for my sons college education as well our bills and my heart medication and treatments. so I DO NOT offer this love it or your money back deal. ALL GUARANTEES MUST BE TAKEN UP WITH THE MANUFACTURER AS STATED ON EACH BOX!! If you need t return an item that has NOT been opened or used then the BUYER will need to pay for the return and there is a restocking fee.. I try to find the cheapest route for shipping that I can as I know and understand what its like to be low on money. lets talk
