    Excellent company. I bought a helmet from this company; their price was lower than anyone else selling the same helmet and it arrived before the date promised!!! what I unpackaged was beyond what I expected. In my opinion, If it was double the price that I paid for it I would have still been happy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately the helmet was the wrong size which was my mistake and also unfortunately they did not have my size but refunded my money immediately and paid for return shipping.

    Boots were slow to ship. Boots were purchased on a Thursday and did not ship until the following Tuesday. The boots didn’t arrive in time for a trip. That said, the Gaerne boot box was placed inside another box so the boot box and boots arrived without damage. I did return the boots at sellers expense and seller promptly refunded the purchase price. I have purchased from this seller before and I will buy from again.

    Received package in the mail on Wednesday. But I was in the hospital and came home last night. The package came quickly and the package was as described. The plugs fit perfectly in my motorcycle. Installed them today. Great eBay seller A +++++++ service. I’d definitely recommend and buy from this seller again. I’m sorry it took so long to get this feedback out.     It arrived as described and fits as I would have hoped. Customer service was nice because you speak to a real person in the US on a phone. Shipping was a little odd though, it seemed to take a while to actually be sent out and then the tracking info never updated and it just appeared on my doorstep without notice.
