    Be aware when making a purchase ESPECIALLY if you're buying the GREY BUNNY: Seller got in touch a few days after purchase and said that their shipment was running late for that particular item, so would I like a (cheaper looking) alternative? I said I was happy to wait until their shipment arrived, and the Seller came back to say that the producer was no longer making the GREY BUNNY, so it was either the cheaper alternative or a refund. They are STILL offering the item, in spite of not having it

    Delivered but postie left it on step and not safe place and it was stolen. Royal Mail confirmed compensation would be paid if seller claimed but, perhaps understandably, they haven't done anything because delivery was made. Would have appreciated them doing something but I've accepted the financial loss and bought a replacement from someone else. It's arrived in a box (unlike this seller's item, according to postie).
