  I was expecting delivery 11th to 13th but never arrived on time I was away from 14th to 17th only to find that it's just been left in a Unsafe place on my Doorstep by the postie, thankfully it wasn't stolen but the packaging was soaking wet, but again thankfully it wasn't damaged, I must make it clear that the seller was not at fault.

  The item I ordered was packed inadequately. When it arrived the canister was damaged/squashed and the product had seeped out and was unusable. I contacted the seller and sent photos asking for some kind of recompense but it was inferred that I had in some way damaged the item, which I found quite insulting. I find this company must be more interested in money than providing a good customer service. I would not recommend using them if you are buying something that could easily be damaged in tran
