Communication from placing the order to delivery was excellent, however the delivery person left the parcel at the entrance foyer of our entrance where 8 residents dwell and that is not acceptable. My address is written on the door of my entrance, the entrance door is not where l dwell. Thank you for resolving this with your delivery service provider. Thank you

  These were not great, not as good as the original airwick products. Not the seller's fault, hence the five stars. I will never buy these ones again. I have now received it, and it arrived in A1 condition. I would recommend this seller, as they respond very quickly to their customers' queries.
