Men’s jacket that I purchased had a broken zipper. I contacted seller and requested a return and refund, due to the jacket having a broken zipper. Seller answered my request by saying that this was stated in the item description. It was at the end of the description! The seller really should have taken a picture of this and included this pic. I did not read all the way to the end of the written description and missed this. To me, this is not acceptable for a buyer on EBay. Very dissatisfied !

Thank you for your feedback. As stated in the ad and the title the zipper pull was missing. The zipper worked perfectly. I'm not quite sure how to take a photo of an item that wasn't there. I'll try to do better in the future.
