    I’m very pleased with this tool. It looked exactly as presented in the listing— new open box—and worked perfectly. While I would have liked to see it packaged a bit better (since mail carriers aren’t always gentle with packages), it still arrived safely in one piece. For the price I paid, I really can’t complain. The seller was honest, shipped the tool very quickly, and I received it in great condition. Highly recommend this seller!
