    Unfortunately item was damaged beyond use or repair during transit - obviously the shipping carrier played hockey with the box. The condition of the burner assembly when it arrived is not a reflection of the seller, as the item was carefully packaged with significant closed-cell foam packing and cellophane wrapping. Notified seller of the damaged item and received a prompt refund, as they sadly did not have another assembly on hand.

    So far so good board came well packed. Shipping was slow but that is not the sellers fault usps kept delaying shipping from one distributor center to another and sit for 24 hours each. Suspect bad weather? Original delivery date was 4 day after when it was delivered. I got the one year warranty just in case this board went bad too. Thank you my stove works great now would highly recommend seller
