    Item as described. My grievance lies with the seller. The seller tried to place stipulations on the 30-day guarantee. The seller didn't believe I'd be able to activate the phone under my provider and told me they'd rather not ship the item because return shipping isn't cheap. I felt it was a question of my intelligence as if I didn't do my due diligence. It worked btw. I'm giving the seller the benefit of the doubt that they were looking out for me. Hence, neutral opposed to negative feedback.
