  Received chocolates ordered today. I was worried how they would be packed because of high Temps on California. Messaged seller twice but no response to either message. Chocolates arrived soft but not melted so grateful for that, but no precautions taken with shipping, not packaged with anything to keep from melting. Happy I was home when they arrived so I could bring onside quickly, otherwise not sure what could have happened. That is the reason for my neutral feedback.
