The item I received was not in the picture and when it arrived it did not work at all and was defective. When I looked more carefully, I saw tiny electronic parts missing. Then I contacted the seller. Thanks to their fast communication. I explained the situation and he immediately accepted it and the problem was solved. He offered a full refund of what I paid and quickly refunded my money. Thanks for your refund.

I ordered this adapter on 24/1/24 and seller says he sent 2/2/24 as at 28/2/24 still no package. Seller when contacted on14/2/24 said I should give it more time for it to arrive it’s only coming from Queensland so he says. Seller is rude when customer calls him/her out on what is going on with my order.

Buyer contacted us after 1 week demanding that the item arrive now, threating negative feedback and reporting. We advised them it's on it's way and we don't accept threats. He neither contacted us to update or ask for tracking or the item resent or refunded. NOTE TO BUYERS: We are honest decent people and guarantee our items. If you are the type to complain and threaten rather than solve a issue if there is one then please do not buy here. Also note this entitled behavior was over a $2 item.
